The Perfectionist Trap Shawl Yarn Pack
Using just two skeins of DK-weight yarn, this stunning triangle features a classic stitch pattern that uses slipped stitches. Choose your favorite semi-solid and you'll be done in no time!
"The Perfectionist Trap is a triangle shawl knit from corner to side edge, and designed for knitters of any skill level! The edges are neat and tidy, and overall the project looks more challenging than it is! It’s not a perfect triangle, but that’s okay!
“The perfectionist trap” is a term for getting stuck in a loop of requiring or expecting perfectionism from ourselves and others and allowing that rigidity to halt progress or growth. Avoiding trying new things because we know we can’t be great at them right away, procrastinating on small steps to avoid failing on a bigger level, fearing that our best won’t be good enough - these are things everyone can relate to, but when those fears become paralyzing, it leads to inaction, and we get stuck in the perfectionist trap."--from the designer
