Designed for that perfect skein of fingering (or sock blank) you have been saving for something special. This will take the entire skein, and is adjustable to fit your skein yardage - anywhere from approx. 380 to 600 yards. The shape of this shawl is an asymmetrical, elongated triangle, with a gently curving top edge that hugs your neck beautifully.
A yarn scale is optional but highly recommended! This is how you determine how to customize your shawl to get the most benefit from almost every bit of your yarn. You can also use a diet scale, a postage scale, etc.

Yardage/Meterage: 1 skein fingering weight yarn, approximately 100 - 150 grams and 380 to 600 yards
Size: 66” x 41” x 37” ( 14.5” depth) or larger if you are using a 150 gram skein
