Boxy Sweater Kit, dyed to order

Ravelry dynamo designer Joji Locatelli's sweater patterns have been spectacularly successful, and Boxy is one of her best.

To celebrate this speckled sweater design, we've put together kits using our Speckled Handpaints for this cleverly sophisticated pullover.

From the designer: Boxy is a very simple modern sweater, with a very wide body and skinny sleeves. Worked with a lightweight yarn it is very flattering, drapey and stylish!
A little short row section in the shoulders adds an interesting texture to the sleeves.
Directions are given to make a seamless version (worked in the round) or a seamed version (worked back and forth) of the body. The sleeves and the neckband are worked seamlessly in the round in both versions.

This kit is dyed to order in 4-6 weeks.

Boxy is designed by Joji Locatelli. Each kit includes:

  • skeins in our Spectacular yarn base, enough yarn to make one sweater; choose colorway and size from the dropdown menu.
  • pattern - make sure to choose YES from the drop-down menu, otherwise no pattern will be sent and you can purchase the pattern yourself from Ravelry.com. See notes below on pattern.

Available Colors:

  • Night Circus
  • Takes Two to Tango
  • Easy Peasy

Sizes: 28/30, (32/34, 36/38, 40/42, 44/46, 48/50, 52/54).

Note on sizing: This sweater can fit a big range of sizes. The biggest difference among the different sizes is the sleeve circumference. Also, I designed this sweater to be a little bit cropped. You can easily add some inches to the body section to make it longer.

Required Yardage from the Ravelry listing: The total required yardage is approx. 1680 (1680, 1680, 1680, 2100, 2100, 2100).

Sizes/Number of skeins in kit:

  • 28/30, 32/34, 36/38, 40/42: 4 skeins total
  • 44/46, 48/50, 52/54: 5 skeins total

Spectacular - fingering (100% superwash Merino wool) - 400 yds/100g. Single-ply, shiny, and soft. These skeins weigh approximately 120g, giving you nearly 480 yards per skein!

This kit includes the pattern if you choose it from the dropdown menu.

Care for all of our yarns: Hand or machine wash cold (delicate cycle), dry flat. Our yarns are colored using professional-grade acid dyes.

We’ve made every effort to photograph the color accurately, but appearance may vary with your monitor settings.
