This dye-lot is from the Scratch and Dent shelf - in some cases there are a few errant spots where they don't belong or they are slightly misdyed. These skeins of luxury yarn are slightly unpredictable, but we only sell absolutely perfect yarns for full price! Our mistake is a boon for you!! Note that sale yarns are not returnable.
About this Color
This skein is part of our Semi-Solid Collection and was designed to coordinate beautifully with our gradient yarns but it is also rich and lovely on its own. Every skein goes through at least two dye baths to give it a rich, deep semi-solid hue.
*Quoth the Raven Kettle-Dyed Semi-Solid* was inspired by a famous poem! Deep and Dark black with hints of other dark shades. This versatile semi-solid provides a perfect background for lighter colors and works up nicely on its own. Notes about Knitcircus Yarns
- Because of our unique dyeing process, many of our darker colors appear heathered, with small light spots sprinkled throughout. This heathering is normal.
- Care for this yarn is to hand or machine wash cold (delicate cycle), dry flat. Our yarns are colored using professional-grade acid dyes.
