Perfect for your needlefelting needs!

Small Mat:

This is a nice little foam mat for small projects. If you're making felted hearts or acorns or little mushrooms, this is definitely as big as you need. Is also a great travel sized mat if you like to take small projects along with you to work on away from home.

This is the mat I recommend for anyone new to felting who doesn't want to invest yet in burlap or wool and is felting on a small scale.

Small Mat measures 5 in. square, and 2 in. thick.

Large Mat:

This is a nice size foam mat, big enough for most projects. This is the size we recommend to go with our painting with wool kits and coloring with wool kits which get framed in a 7 in. embroidery hoop.

This is the type of mat I recommend for anyone new to felting who doesn't want to invest yet in burlap or wool. Keep in mind a firm foam mat will hold up awhile (depending on the types of projects you're doing) but will need to be replaced once it starts to break down.

Large Mat measures 10 in. square, and 2 in. thick.
