Fugen Cowl Kit, dyed to order
Delve into a textural, unique type of stitch pattern as you explore Bavarian twisted knitting. Elizabeth takes you through the process of reading a chart so you can create this sculptural, classic design. We knitted ours in an undyed 100g skein of our Divine DK yarn, which we call Creamy Sheep. But you can choose any 100g gradient, speckle, or semi-solid skein to knit yours!
From the designer: "I designed this cowl as a teaching piece for an introductory class on Bavarian twisted knitting. This project uses each of the most basic twists from this knitting tradition in pleasing and simple combinations. The pattern is charted and does NOT provide written, line-by-line instructions.
Pattern includes a brief tutorial on reading this style of charts, which may be unfamiliar to American knitters."
This yarn is dyed to order just for you. Please note: All dyed-to-order yarns take 4-6 weeks to deliver.
