From the designer:
Heffron can be worn many ways. Drape the button loop over your shoulder for a traditional poncho look. Or thread the corners of the poncho through the loop to create a shawl. Put the button band in the front to make it a cape. Put it in back for a scarf look or to fit it under a jacket. Thread a shawl or scarf through the loop to layer your knits! You can even button the loop through the neck instead for yet more options.
