Ravelry dynamo designer Joji Locatelli's sweater patterns have been spectacularly successful, and The Easy One is another of her best.

To celebrate this speckled sweater design, we've put together kits using our Kettle-dyed Semi-solids for this cleverly sophisticated pullover.

The sweater itself is SO SIMPLE! a perfect square, no shaping for shoulders, no crazy short rows. Just hours of simple, relaxing knitting. However, it has been carefully studied to fit female bodies and proportions to flatter.

But this sweater is not only for beginner knitters. It is also perfect for the traveler knitter (I promise this project requires no brain power), for the experienced knitter who needs a break, for the fashion forward knitter and for the classic one…

Please note: All dyed-to-order yarns take 6-8 weeks to deliver.

The Easy One is designed by Joji Locatelli. Each kit includes:

  • skeins in our Greatest of Ease fingering weight, enough yarn to make one sweater; choose colorway and size from the dropdown menu.
  • pattern - make sure to choose YES from the drop-down menu, otherwise no pattern will be sent and you can purchase the pattern yourself from Ravelry.com or Jojiknits.com. See notes below on pattern.

XS (S, M, L, XL, XXL, 3XL, 4XL). Shown in size M on a 36” bust.
Recommended ease: Approx. 16 inches (40 cm) of positive ease. Choose a size from the list below that is approx. 16” (40 cm) bigger than your full bust measurement.

FINISHED MEASUREMENTS
Bust circumference: 46 (50, 54, 58, 62, 66, 70, 74) inches; 115 (125, 135, 145, 155, 165, 175, 185) cm.
Upper arm circumference: 10½ (11¼, 12, 13½, 15¼, 16, 17½, 18½) inches; 26 (28, 30, 34, 38, 40, 44, 46) cm.
Sleeve length from underarm to cuff: 16 inches; 40 cm (adjustable to desired length).
Length from underarm to hem: 16½ (17, 17½, 18, 18½, 19, 20, 20¾) inches; 41 (43, 44, 45, 46, 48, 50, 52) cm.

MATERIALS
Yarn: approx. 1430 (1512, 1595, 1730, 1870, 2005, 2145, 2282) yards; 1305 (1380, 1455, 1581, 1705, 1830, 1955, 2085) m of fingering weight yarn.
Needles: US 4 (3.5 mm) circular needles.
Other notions: Stitch markers, stitch holders, tapestry needle.

    Care for all of our yarns: Hand or machine wash cold (delicate cycle), dry flat. Our yarns are colored using professional-grade acid dyes.
