This pattern has taken Ravelry by storm, and it's no wonder. It's a stunning construction in a perfect color combo. Knit each triangle separately, making for a very portable project and resulting in an heirloom wrap.

"A very easy and stunning shawl, inspired by the work of artist Frank Stella, this design is a study in geometry. Triangular pieces are assembled together to create a spectacular wrap with a unique shape that is both beautiful and stunning to wear, with many tips, all in different shades. I played with a gradient of grays, and my favorite color, gold, to give this shawl a vintage vibe.

The Frank Shawl is designed by Joji Locatelli. This yarn pack includes enough yarn to make one shawl. You will receive:

  • (4) 100g semi-solid skeins in the fingering weight yarn base and color combo of your choice - please choose from drop down menu

Yarn Bases:

Opulence - fingering (80% superwash Merino/10% Cashmere/10% nylon), 440 yds/100g. This yarn base is the best of all worlds: soft, strong, and a pleasure to knit with.

Trampoline - fingering (100% USA superwash Merino wool), 440 yds/100g. This yarn base is our exclusive USA-sourced and USA-spun wool.

Spectacular - fingering (100% superwash Merino wool) - 400 yds/100g. Single-ply, shiny, and soft. These skeins weigh approximately 120g, giving you nearly 480 yards per skein! Click here for more information about our different yarn bases.
