Pattern - Aperture, by Ambah O'Brien, ready to ship

Aperture by Ambah O'Brien

This lovely lace triangle is knit out of only one 100g cake of fingering weight yarn, but the clever construction results in a nice wingspan for great wearability!

From the designer: "You can never have too many classics in your wardrobe, and nothing is more classic, or more versatile, than a triangle shawl. Aperture is worked as a top-down triangle in a simple, dramatic lace that makes for an engaging, yet pleasant, knit. Striations of lace stretch across the shawl, echoing the dappled shadows of sunlight filtered through leaves. Play with shadow and light in yarn form, and let your yarn choice shine."

Using just one 100g/400yd cakes of fingering weight yarn, you can knit this pattern from any of our lovely colorways. The pattern offers two shawl sizes, and we knit the smaller of the two sizes, which requires 400 yards. Check out our suggested kits here

These patterns are printed in booklet form on high-quality, heavy-duty paper with color photographs.
