About this Colorway

Growing Like a Weed: Dandelions going to seed inspired this fun, fresh color and the name just seems to describe Knitcircus! Sky blue to stem green to dusty gray; let your knitting take flight!

This gradient is one of our Impressionist colorways - essentially 'speckled gradients'. This dye technique was inspired by Impressionist painters such as Claude Monet, Pierre-Auguste Renoir, and Mary Cassatt.

Notes about Knitcircus Yarns

Because of our unique dyeing process, many of our darker colors appear heathered, with small light spots sprinkled throughout. This heathering is normal. Our yarns are colored using professional-grade acid dyes. We’ve made every effort to photograph the color accurately, but appearance may vary depending on your monitor settings.
