HOW TO HUNT
For two days only, Dec 5th and 6th, visit each website listed below and search for one of these colorful banners:
One banner is hidden on each site – you need to click around to find the banners. Our goal is to encourage you to spend a bit of time on our sites getting to know us, and if you’re interested, sign up for the newsletters to stay in touch.
Once you locate all 5 banners, shoot a quick email to amy@knitcircus.com to tell us where you located each banner – you can name the page (ex: Knitcircus Podcast Page) or cut-and-paste the URL into the email. Use the subject line: Treasure Hunt.

All entries received by 6 am Monday morning CST (the 7th of December) that contain the correct pages for each site will be entered into a drawing. One entry per person, please. Don’t worry, your email won’t be used for anything but possibly winning the Hunt. The prizes are fantastic.

Hunter Hammersen is offering a sure-fire way to win a prize! When you visit her site, if you sign up for her newsletter you will automatically receive a free copy of her Precipitous pattern!
Knitcircus thought that was a great idea, so we’re doing a drawing of all new newsletter sign-ups and three lucky winners will receive a 100g skein of handpainted or kettle-dyed yarn from Knitcircus.
But the Treasure Hunt is only on for two days, so track down the clues by Sunday, December 6th before midnight.
Winners will be picked by Random Number Generator and announced the next day.

ELIGIBILITY: Contest is open to legal residents of the United States, District of Columbia and Canada 18 years of age or older. Employees of Knitcircus, Knitbaahpurl, Buffalo Wool Company, Hunter Hammersen and Erin Lane Bags (“Sponsors”), Sponsor Partners and their respective parents, affiliates, and members of their immediate family (spouse, parent, sibling or child and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and persons living in the same household of such employees, whether or not related, are not eligible to enter or win. Void where prohibited by law. Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws.
HOW TO ENTER: follow the directions above to complete and submit the email listing where you saw each graphic. Limit of one (1) entry per person using only one (1) email address throughout the Sweepstakes Period. Entrants must send entries using the correct email address, subject line, and any other specific entry information requested in the contest announcement. Eligibility of individual entries will be at the sole discretion of Knitcircus Yarns, for any reason or for no reason, though specific reasons for disqualification may include use of inappropriate language or visuals. Knitcircus Yarns is not responsible for and will not consider incomplete or incorrect entries. Entries generated by script, macro, mechanical or other automated means and entries by any means which subvert the entry process are void. Multiple entries received from any person in excess of the stated limitation will be void. All entries become the sole property of the Sponsors and will not be returned.
RANDOM DRAWING: Winners will be selected in a random drawing held within 1 week of sweepstakes ending date from among all eligible entries received and combined throughout the Sweepstakes Period. Odds of winning the prizes depend on the number of eligible entries received throughout the Sweepstakes Period.
WINNER NOTIFICATION: Winners of all sweepstakes will be contacted at the “entry” email address used to enter the contest, and the person receiving and replying to the winner announcement email will be considered the winner unless they specify another person within the reply email as the winner. Sponsors will mail the contest prize to the address supplied by the recipient of the winner announcement email. Claiming of prizes requires an email response to Sponsor from the winning sender email address within 30 days of being notified of winning at the email address used to enter. Failure to respond shall mean that the winner forfeits the prize. Sponsors are not required to award elsewhere any prizes forfeited by the chosen winner(s).
